PAWS & CLAWS of THE COASTAL BEND:

We are thrilled to introduce our new name: Paws and Claws of The Coastal Bend.  After 21 years serving as an Auxiliary to The Gulf Coast Humane Society, with the blessing of GCHS, we have decided to broaden our scope of service and support other worthy animal aid organizations. Paws and Claws in years past has helped raise over $1,000,000 for the Gulf Coast Humane Society.  The amazing group of women who are the members of Paws and Claws now wish to spread the love and hope to be able to grow and do even more to support the animal shelters of the Coastal Bend.  

This year we are very pleased and excited to announce our recipients of this year's fundraising efforts:  Fallen Horse Rescue will be our main recipient, PeeWee's Adoption World & Sanctuary will receive funds to outfit their new Special Needs Facility, and Gulf Coast Humane Society will receive funds going straight to Heart Worm Prevention.  Please join us for a night of filled with music, dancing, and art supporting our local shelters.  Don't forget to don your brightest most artistic evening wear!  Best Dressed Prizes will be presented!
